A bird dog is a type of gun dog or hunting dog used to hunt or retrieve birds or other small game animals.by tracking their scent in the air. Bird dog breeds are receptive to being trained to retrieve hunted birds.

I am seeking individuals to work from home as a "bird dog" that can help me search for people looking to achieve a better life through real estate investing. 

I’m part of an Illinois based group of real estate investors looking for a few people to educate, mentor and work with.  

We are a Real Estate Investing Company and we specialize in pre-foreclosures, auctions, rehabs, fix n flips, wholesaling, short-sales, lease options, rentals, hard money lending, and alternate investing.

Our company also does enrolling for a college that teaches Real Estate Investing.  So we design and maintain marketing campaigns, have resources for college funding, and student enrollment.

We also provide post education support by hosting regular workshops, intimate trainings, coaching sessions and assistance with resource development.

There is NO COST to start working and I will pay up to $300 per student enrolled.
